PHIL MOORE, CHAIR

Phil Moore’s distinguished career in real estate and community service is marked by over three decades at RE/MAX, enhanced by his earlier tenure as a Vancouver Police Officer. A recipient of the 2021 REALTORS® Care Award, Phil is recognized for his outstanding contributions to his community and unwavering commitment to service.

He has been instrumental at Camp Choice BC, serving as Vice Chair and as a mentor since its inception. As a Director at Large for CREA, he advocates for over 160,000 REALTORS® across Canada. His past presidency and nine-year term on the REBGV board highlight his leadership acumen, further strengthened by his ICD.D certification.

Phil’s dedication to youth extends beyond his professional achievements—he continues to mentor young men through the East End Boys Club since 2018, embodying integrity, leadership, and compassion in every facet of his life.


JULIANA VALLÉE, VICE CHAIR

Founder and Director of the Vancity Girls Club, REALTOR®, and dedicated community leader — is a passionate advocate for empowering marginalized female youth aged 13 to 22. The recipient of the 2024 REALTORS® Care Award, Juliana is celebrated not only for her excellence in real estate but also for her extraordinary commitment to giving back to her community.

Despite facing significant health challenges, including brain surgery and radiation therapy, Juliana transformed her adversity into purpose by creating a lifeline for young women through the Vancity Girls Club’s mentorship and leadership programs. As a single mother of four, her unwavering resilience, compassion, and drive continue to inspire those around her.

Through her entrepreneurial ventures, coaching, and community work, Juliana embodies strength and service — fostering personal growth, leadership, and empowerment, and creating lasting impact across every life she touches.


TOM HERMEZ, TREASURER

Tom Hermez, a dedicated family man with 13 years of marriage and a father to five, serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Camp Choice BC since its inception as a registered charity in 2020. With 26 years at Bosa Foods, 20 as Financial Controller, Tom's extensive expertise in finance is invaluable to the organization. He's also the founder of a bookkeeping firm, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to growth. His financial acumen and leadership are essential to steering Camp Choice BC's mission forward.


JOHN PATRICELLI, PAST CHAIR

Growing up on the rough side of town in East Vancouver. John was Born into a family where domestic violence was common, in response to this, he started searching for a way out of the painful life he was living. For a young teenager, that meant hanging out late at night, and drinking to forget the nasty things happening around him. He was an at-risk youth, making many bad choices along the way. Thankfully through the support of friends and family, John turned his life around and became a husband, father and successful Burnaby REALTOR®. He was the recipient of Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver REALTORS® Care Award in 2017, and was a mentor for the East End Boys Club of Templeton High School. in addition, John speaks to other East Vancouver high schools about the perils of drinking and drugs and how they can instead choose to create a successful life making positive choices.


SIERRA JOHNSON, DIRECTOR AT LARGE

Originally from Alberta, Sierra was raised by a single mother and grew up navigating the realities of domestic violence and financial hardship. Those early experiences shaped her understanding of resilience and sparked a lifelong commitment to supporting youth who face similar challenges.

Sierra first joined Camp Choice BC as a coach, where she witnessed firsthand the power of connection, consistency, and positive role models. The impact of that work stayed with her, and she is honoured to now serve on the Board of Directors, contributing to the same life-changing support she once needed herself.

Today, Sierra is a dedicated realtor and community advocate in British Columbia. She brings her lived experience, leadership, and deep belief in empowerment to the Camp Choice BC board, helping create safe, inspiring spaces where young people can discover their strength, build confidence, and imagine a future filled with possibility.


CHELSEA WISEMAN, DIRECTOR AT LARGE

A devoted mom of three and happily married for 15 years, Chelsea Wiseman brings heart, strength, and authenticity to everything she does. As a successful REALTOR® with Stonehaus Realty and a proud member of the Rethink Real Estate Group, Chelsea has built her career on connection, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others reach their full potential.

With over two years of experience coaching at Camp Choice BC, Chelsea has become a trusted mentor and role model, empowering youth to believe in themselves, conquer fears, and embrace their worth. Her personal journey of resilience and transformation has made her a powerful example of what’s possible through perseverance and self-belief.

Now serving on the Camp Choice BC Board of Directors, Chelsea continues to pour her heart into supporting at-risk youth and building a community rooted in love, accountability, and empowerment. Her passion for guiding the next generation and creating safe spaces for growth truly embodies the spirit of Camp Choice.


ZOE VALLÉE, DIRECTOR AT LARGE

Zoe Vallée, a 23-year-old from Coquitlam, BC, is a passionate personal trainer and mentor devoted to empowering others to reach their highest potential—both physically and mentally. A graduate of Burnaby Central Secondary School, Zoe has turned her dedication to health, fitness, and personal growth into a purposeful career built on strength, discipline, and heart.

As a top bikini bodybuilder, Zoe continues to inspire others through her commitment, resilience, and drive to push beyond limits. Her belief in the power of self-development and community connection shines through in everything she does, encouraging others to embrace confidence and live with intention.

A longtime Camp Choice BC coach and now a member of the Board of Directors, Zoe embodies the spirit of leadership and service. Her compassion, authenticity, and ability to connect with youth make her a guiding light in helping others discover their own strength and purpose.
