Camp Choice BC is a five-day transformational camp experience for youth ages 13–18, held at Zajac Ranch in British Columbia.

We are excited to invite youth to apply for Camp Choice BC 2025, a life-changing five-day leadership and empowerment camp for young people across the Lower Mainland. This year’s camp will be held from August 3 to August 7th, 2026, at the beautiful Zajac Ranch for Children in Mission, BC.

Camp Choice BC is more than a summer camp—it’s an opportunity for youth to connect with mentors, develop leadership skills, and discover the power of making positive choices. We bring together young people from all walks of life to learn, grow, and build lifelong friendships in a supportive, inclusive environment.

What to Expect at Camp:

Youth will take part in a wide variety of exciting and meaningful activities, including:

  • High ropes, hiking, canoeing, and outdoor team challenges

  • Leadership circles, goal-setting workshops, and personal growth exercises

  • The Board Breaking Experience—an unforgettable moment of personal empowerment

  • Evening campfires, games, and a lot of laughs along the way

Important Camp Choice BC Policies – Please Read Carefully:

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all, the following rules and procedures are strictly enforced:

1. Zero Tolerance Policy: No drugs, alcohol, vaping products, or weapons of any kind. Possession or use of these items will result in immediate dismissal from camp.

2. Bag Checks & Metal Detector Screening: All youth will undergo bag checks and walk-through metal detector screening upon arrival. Camp Choice BC reserves the right to inspect personal belongings at any time during camp.

3. Lice Check on Arrival: Every camper will be checked for lice upon check-in. Any camper found to have lice will not be allowed to stay at camp until properly treated.

4. Cell Phone Policy: Camp is a device-free zone. All phones and electronics will be collected upon arrival and returned at the end of camp. This helps youth stay present, build deeper connections, and fully engage in the experience.

5. Medication Requirements: All medications must be in original pharmacy-labeled bottles or blister packs. Loose pills or unmarked containers will not be accepted.

We are proud to offer Camp Choice BC at no cost to the families or the youths, thanks to the support of generous donors and community partners. This is a selective application process, and we encourage applicants to complete the attached application and permission forms with care.

We look forward to reviewing your application and welcoming a new group of inspiring young leaders to this summer’s Camp Choice BC!
